முன்ஷி போன்ற சதுர்வர்ண் வெறியர்களின் சதிச்செயல்களின் விளைவுதான் இந்திக்கும் சமஸ்கிருதத்துக்கும் அரசியல் சட்டத்தின் 343 (1) & 351 பிரிவுகள் மூலம் தரப்பட்டுள்ள தகுதியில்லாத அரியணை.

இந்திய அரசியல் சட்டத்தின் 351 வது பிரிவுதான் சமஸ்கிருத மொழியை அரசியல் சட்டத்திற்குள் நுழைக்கிறது. அரசாங்கம் இந்தியை வளப்படுத்துவதற்கு சமஸ்கிருத மொழியைப் பெருமளவில் பயன்படுத்தவேண்டும் என்று கட்டாயப்படுத்துகிறது. இந்த சட்டப்பிரிவு அரசியல் நிர்ணய சபையில் எந்தவித  உரையாடலும் இன்றி  சதிச் செயல் மூலமாக மட்டுமே நுழைக்கப்பட்டது. நுழைக்கப்பட முடிந்தது. 

 

 

அரசியல் சட்டப்பிரிவின் 343 (1) ல் இந்தியைத் திணித்தது பிறகு இந்தி எண்களைத் திணித்தது ஆகிய இரண்டு நிகழ்வுகளையும் எதிர்த்து மிகப்பெரும் போராட்டம் செய்து, பட்டாபி சீதாராமையாவின் Casting Vote கயமைத்தனம் காரணமாகத் தோல்விகண்டு துவண்டிருந்த தென்மாநிலக் காங்கிரசுக் கட்சி உறுப்பினர்கள் அனைவரும், இந்தக் கயமைச் செயலைக் கண்டுகொள்ளும் திறன் இல்லாதவர்களாகியிருந்தனர். 

 

 இந்த இரு பிரிவுகளும் இந்தி பேசாத அனைத்து மாநில மக்களுக்கும் பெரும் தீங்கு விளைவிப்பவை. இன அழிப்புக் கருவியாகப் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டுக் கொண்டிருப்பவை. உலக நாடுகளின் வரலாறுகள் இதற்குச் சான்று பகர்கின்றன.

 

இந்த இரண்டு சட்டப் பிரிவுகளாலும், எதிர்காலத்தில் இந்திபேசாத மாநிலங்களில் உள்ள பிராமணரல்லாத மக்கள் கல்விச் சுமை காரணமாகத் தங்கள் குழந்தைகள் தங்கள் தாய்மொழியைக் கற்பதைக் கைவிட்டுவிடச் செய்வர். (The Hindu editorially rebuked Rajaji on 16.08.1937 and said, “By making Hindi compulsory, the students get overloaded, the standard of education gets reduced and the educational value becomes defective”.)

 

 

அதன் விளைவாக இந்தி பேசாத மக்கள், இந்தியைக் கட்டாயமாகக் கற்கவும் பேசவும் வைப்பதற்கும், அதன் தொடர் விளைவாகத் தங்கள் அடையாளம், அதன் அடிப்படையிலான உரிமை, அதன் அடிப்படையிலான தங்கள் மொழிவழியான தொன்றுதொட்ட தாயகம் (Traditional Homeland) ஆகியவற்றைத் தொலைத்துவிட்டு உள்நாட்டிலேயே அகதிகளாக்கப்பட்டுத்  தங்கள் மாநிலங்களைவிட்டு மற்ற இந்தி பேசும் மாநிலங்களுக்கு, கூலித்தொழிலாளர்களாக மாற்றப்பட்டு விரட்டியடிக்கப்படவும் உள்ள சூழ்நிலையை இந்த 351 வது பிரிவு உருவாக்கியுள்ளது.

 

எனவே, இந்த இரு பிரிவுகளையும் மாற்ற தீவிர நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டியது இந்திபேசாத மக்களின் இன்றைய தலைமுறையின் கடமையாகும். 

இந்த 343 (1) மற்றும் 351 ஆகிய இரு பிரிவுகளும் நேர்மையான முறையில் அரசியல் சட்டத்தில் இடம் பெறவில்லை. சதிச் செயல்களின் விளைவே இவை சட்டமானதன் காரணம், அதற்குக் காரணம் அரசியல் நிர்ணய அவையின் வரைவுக் குழுவில் பிராமணர்கள் 4/6 என்ற விகிதத்தில் அபரிமிதமாக இருந்ததுதான். 

 

கே. எம். முன்ஷி என்பவர் அந்த வரைவுக் குழுவில் இருந்தவர். இவர் மிக மோசமான சதுர்வர்ண வெறியர். பிராமணர்கள் உருவாக்கியதும் உலகிலேயே மிகக் கொடியதுமான சனாதனச் சதுர்வர்ண அமைப்பில் கீழ்த்தட்டுகளில் வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள  பிராமணரல்லாத மக்களின் துயர் பற்றிக் கவலைப்படாதவர்.  

 

இவர் அந்த நால் வர்ண அமைப்பில் அவரவர் தகுதிக்கேற்ப (“the place his capacity and culture deserved”)  இடம் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று கொஞ்சம் கூட நா கூசாமல் பிராமணரல்லாத மக்களை இழிவு படுத்திப் பல்வேறு மேடைகளில் பேசியவர். மனச்சாட்சியோ, மனிதாபிமானமோ இல்லாதவர். இவரும் இவரைப் போன்றோரும் அரசியற் சட்ட வரைவுக்குழுவில் இருந்து கொண்டு பிராமணரல்லாத மக்களுக்கு எதிராகச் செய்த வேலைகள்தாம் இந்தியாவில் இன்று காவிக் கொடியோர் கூட்டத்தின் கொடுங்கோலாட்சி நடக்க வழிசெய்துள்ளது. 

 

முன்ஷியுடைய வெறித்தனமான பேச்சுக்கள் அவர் உருவாக்கிய கல்வி நிலையமான பாரதீய வித்யா பவன் வெளியிட்டுள்ள நூலிலேயே கூடப் பதிவாகியுள்ளன. அவையாவன: 

"புதுமை மோகத்தில் மூழ்கி இருக்கும் நாம் சாதி அமைப்பை நீர்கூடப் புகாத அளவுக்கு பிரிக்கப்பட்டு இருக்கும் ஒரு ஏற்பாடு என்றும் அதனால் இந்த அமைப்பு கால காலத்திற்கு சம உரிமையை மறுக்கும் அமைப்பு என்றும் நினைக்கிறோம்.  வர்ணாசிரமம் என்பது முழுக்க முழுக்க இந்தக் கருத்துக்கு மாறானது. சமூகத்தில் ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் அவர் எந்த வகுப்பில் பிறந்தாரோ அந்த வகுப்பில் ஒரு பாதுகாப்பான இடத்தை அது அளிக்கிறது. ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் அவருடைய திறமைக்கும் பண்புக்கும் உரிய இடத்தை தர இந்தச் வர்ணாசிரம அமைப்பு வலியுறுத்துகிறது." (“We, with our modern
obsessions, look upon the caste system as a water-tight
arrangement, which sanctions enduring inequality. Varnashrama was
entirely different. It gave to each one a secure place in the class of
his birth, but demanded for every one the right to assume the place his capacity and culture deserved”, said Munshi, in his book, ‘I follow the Mahatma’ ( Page 259 -Views and Vistas – Bharathiya Vidhya Bhavan). 

 

 

மும்பை கீத வித்யாலயாவின் பட்டமளிப்பு விழாவில், 20.07.1950, அவர் பேசியதாவது:

 "மேல்நாடுகளின் சமூக அமைப்பை பார்த்து வியந்து கருத்துக் குருடர்களாக ஆகிப்போன நாம், உலகின் பிற பகுதிகளில் உள்ள மக்கள் காட்டுவாசிகளாக உழன்று கிடந்த பொழுது இந்த நாடு முழுவதுமே மிகச் சிறந்த சமூக ஒருங்கிணைப்போடு வாழ வழி வகுத்த ஒரு அமைப்புதான் சதுர்வர்ண அமைப்பு என்ற உண்மையை உணரத் தவறிவிடுகிறோம்". “We, who are blinded by an admiration of the social apparatus of the West, fail to realise that Chaturvarna was a marvellous social synthesis on a country-wide scale, when the rest of the world was weltering in a tribal state” (ibid) 

அதற்கு முன் 09.12.1943 அன்று கான்பூரில் விக்கிரமாதித்தன் இருநூறாம் ஆண்டு விழாவில் அவர் வர்னாசிரம அமைப்பை வியந்து புகழ்ந்து பேசிய பேச்சு அவர் எந்த அளவுக்கு மனச்சாட்சியோ, மனிதத் தன்மையோ இல்லாத கொடிய கருத்துக்கள் உடையவர் என்பதைக் காட்டியது: 

“வர்ணாசிரம தர்மம் என்ற வியக்கத்தக்க சமூக ஒருங்கிணைப்புக் கொள்கை, தர்மத்தையும் சமூக அமைப்பையும் தாங்கி நிற்கும் இரும்பு வடமாக இருந்து வந்திருக்கிறது அதனால் சமூக குழுக்கள் ஒவ்வொன்றுக்கும் சுதந்திரத்தை அளித்துள்ளது. இந்த சமூக அமைப்பு வகுப்பு வாதப் போர்களின் அடிப்படையில் அமைந்தது அல்ல. பல சமூகக் குழுக்கள் ஒன்றை ஒன்று பிரிக்க முடியாத அளவு சார்ந்து இருக்கும் நிலையால் உருவானது ஆகும். இதில் உள்ள படிநிலை அமைப்பு என்பது,  ஒவ்வொரு சமூகக் குழுவின் பண்பாட்டு அளவை பொறுத்து. அமைந்ததாகும்” (“The wonderful social synthesis – Varnashrama-dharma – provided an independence of social groups, the steel-frame which buttressed the social order and Dharma itself” ( Page 258 - ibid). He had also said, “The social order is not based on class war, but an inalienable interdependence of social groups; on a hierarchy arranged according to the degree of culture attained by each” ( 09.12.1943 -ibid). 

இப்படிப்பட்ட சூத்திர துவேஷம் கொண்ட பிராமணர்களின் கூட்டம்தான் இந்திய அரசியல்சட்டத்தினை உருவாக்கும் குழுவில் மிகப்பெரும்பான்மை இடத்தை (4/6) ஆக்கிரமித்துக் கொண்டது.. அதே வரைவுக் குழுவின் தலைவரான அம்பேத்கர் சதுர்வர்ண அமைப்பைத் தீவிரமாக எதிர்த்தவர். “இந்து சமூக அமைப்பு என்பது  ஏதோ தவறிப் போய்  மக்களாட்சி முறைக்கு எதிரானதாக  அமைந்துவிடவில்லை.   அது மக்களாட்சி முறைக்கு  எதிரானதாக  இருக்க வேண்டும் என்று  திட்டமிடப்பட்டு  உருவாக்கப்பட்டது  ஆகும்.  அதில் உள்ள  வர்ணபாகுபாடும்  சாதிப்பாகுபாடும்   சாதியே அல்லாதவராகப்  பிரித்து வைப்பதும்   இந்து மதத்தின்  கொள்கைகள் அல்ல: அவை  இந்துமதம்  விதித்திருக்கும்  கட்டுப்பாடான கட்டளைகள் ஆகும்.   உண்மையான மக்களாட்சி முறை வந்துவிடாமல் தடுப்பதற்காக உருவாக்கப்பட்ட  தடையரண்கள்தாம் இப்பாகுபாடுகள்" என்று கூறி வர்ணாசிரம அமைப்பின் கயமைத்தன்மையை மக்களிடம் எடுத்துரைத்தவர் அம்பேத்கர்.“The Hindu social system is undemocratic not by accident. It is designed to be undemocratic. Its division of society into varnas and castes, and of castes and outcastes are not theories but are decrees. They are all barricades raised against democracy.” (Page 284 – Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Writings and Speechers – Vol. 4 – Vasant Moon).  இருந்தும் கூட இந்தச் சதுர்வர்ண வெறியர் கூட்டம் வரைவுக்குழுவில்  தனக்கிருந்த 4/6 பெரும்பான்மை மூலமாக பலவிதமான சதிச்செயல்களைச் செய்து, அம்பேத்காரைச் செயல்பட விடாமல் தடுத்து, இந்தியாவில் காவிக்கூட்டத்தின் கொடுங்கோலாட்சிக்கு வழி வகித்து வைத்தது. 

 

 

 

இப்படிப்பட்ட கொடியவர்களால் உருவாக்கப்பட்டதும் சதிச் செயல் காரணமாக முறையான உருவாக்கப்பெறாததுமான அரசியற் சட்டத்தின் 343 (1) மற்றும் 351 ஆகிய பிரிவுகள் திருத்தப்படவேண்டும். 

 

அன்றைய காங்கிரசுக் காரர்கள் மட்டுமே இந்தி பேசாத மக்களின் தலைவர்கள் அல்லர். அந்த அரசியல் நிர்ணய அவை முறையாகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட அவையே கிடையாது. இந்த உண்மையை மகாவீர் தியாகி அந்த அவையிலேயே பதிவு செய்துள்ளார். Mr. Mahavir Tyagi said in the Constituent Assembly itself on 17.09.1949: "We have assumed that we are the representatives of the nation. Well, all of us have come through an indirect electorate - through the Legislative Assemblies of the Provinces, which had been elected when we were not free, when the British were there. These assemblies were elected in 1946. And we are making this constitution in the hope and with the claim that we are the accredited representatives of India. I am afraid technically we are not the representatives of India, de facto we might claim to be, but de jure we are not".

 

 

ஒரே ஒரு அரசியல் கட்சியின் தலைவர்கள் மட்டுமே இருந்த அரசியல் நிர்ணய அவையில், முறையாகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படாதவர்களால் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட அரசியல் சட்டம் இந்தி பேசாத அனைத்து மக்களையும் அடிமைகளாக்க வழிசெய்கிறது. 

அரசியற்சட்டம் இயற்றியோரை Founding Fathers என்று விளிப்பதும் உண்டு. 

அப்பன் வெட்டிய கிணறு என்பதற்காக உப்புத் தண்ணீரைக் குடிக்கத்தான் வேண்டுமா? 

மாட்டோம்,

அப்பன் செய்தது தவறு. 

அப்பனின் எதிரிகள், முன்ஷி போன்றவர்கள், சதி செய்தது அங்கே அந்தக் கிணற்றை வெட்டவைத்தனர். 

அந்தச் சதிச்செயல்கள்தாம் முறியடிக்கப்படவேண்டும். 

எனவே, அரசியற் சட்டத்தின் 343 (1) மற்றும் 351 வது பிரிவுகள் கயமைத்தனமானவை. சதிகாரர்களால் நுழைக்கப்பட்டவை. அவை நீக்கப்படவேண்டும்.

351. Directive for development of the Hindi language:

 

 It shall be the duty of the Union to promote the spread of the Hindi language, to develop it so that it may serve as a medium of expression for all the elements of the composite culture of India and to secure its enrichment by assimilating without interfering with its genius, the forms, style and expressions used in Hindustani and in the other languages of India specified in the Eighth Schedule, and by drawing, wherever necessary or desirable, for its vocabulary, primarily on Sanskrit and secondarily on other languages

Art. 351 inserted on the sly

==========

Even sadder was the way in which Art. 351 was inserted as part of the Constitution unnecessarily and in total contradiction to the text of the Art. 343 (1). The text of Art. 351 had not been discussed in the Constituent Assembly, at all, as the members from the south had already lost their heart when they lost to Art. 343 (1) on 14.09.1949. There was no discussion about Art. 351 even in the meeting of the Congress members of the Constituent Assembly. It was, in fact, drafted only by the Drafting Committee (that had four Brahmins, one Non-Brahmin and one Muslim) and was introduced two months later, on 15.11.1949 and got passed without any discussion at all. The following discussion reproduced from the Minutes of the Consembly would show how easily Art. 351 has passed through the Consembly:

“Shri T. T. Krishnamachari : Amendment 491 may not be necessary because Kamath has moved amendments 394 and 395--practically the same amendment.

Mr. President : Very well. Then we come to article 351--amendment No. 492.

Dr. P. S. Deshmukh : What have you done with amendment 559 to article 320, Sir ?

Mr. President : I have taken it as moved. You are referring to amendment No. 559. Do you want to speak, Dr. Deshmukh?

Dr. P. S. Deshmukh : Yes, Sir. I am sorry to say that this new amendment does not appear to be at all satisfactory. First of all, Sir, it is very circuitous in its drafting. It is like …”

That was how Hindi which was, consciously and deliberately, prevented from being made as the national language or common language or ruling lanaguage or linguafranca through Art. 343 (1), had been made, on the sly, to become more than the link or common language, through Art. 351. 

The way Sanskrit is glorified in Art. 351 indicates, clearly, the saffron religious tinge. It was conspiracy all the way. The fact was that the Hindu religious leaders had been very active during those days and worked to have their way with the Constitution, at the Drafting stage itself to get things done secretly without making things public. In his article ‘Ideal Prophet of Our Age’^[1], Agnihotram Ramanuja Thathachariar eulogises and extols the role played by the Sankaracharya of Kanchipuram at the drafting stage of the Constitution. The article throws light on the extent to which his Chaturvarna-oriented suggestions had influenced the Drafting Committee and entered into the Constitution. “Constitutions are often subverted, not by the people, but by small groups, who wish to enhance their own power”^[2]

தமிழனைத் தாக்கி, பிறகு அந்தத் தாக்குதல் தொடர்பான நிகழ்வுகளைத் திசைமாற்றித் தமிழர்களையே ஒருவருக்கொருவர் அடித்துக்கொள்ளவைக்கும் ஆரிய சூழ்ச்சிக்குத் தமிழர்கள் இரையாகிக் கொண்டிருக்கும்  நிகழ்வுகள் இன்றும் தொடர்கின்றன.  உலகின் முதன்முதல் அரசியல் பயங்கரவாதியான (The first political terrorist of the world) சாணக்கியன் கி.மு. 300 களில் தானே கண்டுபிடித்து, கையாண்டு, பலன்கண்டது மட்டுமின்றி பின்னர் தனது சந்ததியினருக்கும் வழிகாட்டுவதற்காக, அந்தச் சதிச்செயல்கள் பற்றி விரிவாக எழுதிவைத்துள்ள நூல்தான் அர்த்த சாஸதிரம். இது உலகின் முதன்முதல் Terrorist Tool-kit என்பதே உண்மை.  ஆரியர்களுக்காகவென்று சாணக்கியன் கற்றுக் கொடுத்துள்ள இச் செயல் முறைகள் இன்னும் பலன் அளிக்கக் கூடியவைதான் என்பதைத் தற்கால நிகழ்வுகள் தெளிவாகக் காட்டுகின்றன. தமிழர்களை வைத்தே தமிழர்களை அழிக்கும் ஆரியச் செயல்முறையில், ஆரியர்களின் கைப்பாவையாகத் தமிழர்கள் தொடர்ந்து செயல்பட்டுக்கொண்டுதான் இருக்கின்றனர். அவர்களின் ஒருவர்தான் தமிழ்நாட்டு அறநிலையத்துறையை ஆரியநலத்துறையாக மாற்றுவதற்காகத் தொடர்ந்து தந்திரமாகச் செயல்பட்டுவரும் அமைச்சர் திரு. சேகர் பாபு அவர்கள்.

அர்த்த சாஸ்திரத்தில் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள எண்ணற்ற சதித்திட்டங்களில் ஒன்று இதோ. (அதனை எளிதாக விளக்குவதற்காக அவந்தி, மகதம் என்ற இரண்டு நாடுகளின் பெயர்கள் இங்கே எடுத்தாளப்படுகின்றன). அவந்தி நாட்டு அரசன் எப்படிச் செயல்பட வேண்டும் என்று சாணக்கியன் கூறும் மூன்று விதமான சதித் திட்டங்களாவன:

1.  அவந்தி நாட்டு அரசன், தான் வெற்றிபெற விரும்பினால், தனது சிற்றரசர்களில் அல்லது படைததலைவர்களில் முக்கியமான மிகவும் நம்பிக்கைக்கு உரியவராக இருக்கும் ஒருவர்மீது குற்றஞ்சாட்டி பணிநீக்கம் செய்யவேண்டும். அவ்வாறு பணிநீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட நபர் எதிரி நாடான, மகத நாட்டு அரசரிடம் சென்று அவருக்கு நண்பராகிவிட வேண்டும். பின்னர் மகத நாட்டுச் சேனைக்கு மேலும் படைவீரர்களைத் தனது நாட்டிலிருந்து கொண்டுவந்து சேர்க்கிறேன் என்று கூறித் தனது அவந்தி நாட்டு ஆட்களை மகத நாட்டுப் படையில் சேர்த்துவிடவேண்டும். மகத நாட்டு மன்னன், தனக்கு ஒரு நல்ல நண்பன் கிடைத்தான் என மகிழ வைக்க வேண்டும்.

2. அவந்தி நாட்டு அரசன், தான் வெற்றிபெற விரும்பினால், தனது சிற்றரசர்களில் அல்லது படைததலைவர்களில் முக்கியமான மிகவும் நம்பிக்கைக்கு உரியவராக இருக்கும் ஒருவர்மீது குற்றஞ்சாட்டி பணிநீக்கம் செய்யவேண்டும். அவ்வாறு பணிநீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட நபர் , அவந்தி நாட்டு உளவாளிகளையும் தன்னோடு அழைத்துக் கொண்டு மகத நாட்டு அரசரிடம் சென்று சேர்ந்து, அவருக்கு நண்பராகிவிட வேண்டும்.அதன்பின், மகத நாட்டின் மீது தனது விசுவாசத்தை நிரூபிப்பதற்காக, தனது படைகளுடன் அவந்தி நாட்டு சிற்றூர் ஒன்றில் நுழைந்து அதனைச் சின்னாபின்னமாக்கி அந்தப் போரில் கிடைக்கும் யானைகள், குதிரைகள், மற்றும் தளைப்படுத்தப்பட்ட வீரர்களை மகத நாட்டு அரசனுக்குக் காணிக்கையாகக் கொண்டுசென்று தரவேண்டும். மகத நாட்டு மன்னன், தனக்கு ஒரு நல்ல நண்பன் கிடைத்தான் என மகிழ வைக்க வேண்டும். ஆனால், இதற்காகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படும் சிற்றூர் அவந்தி நாட்டு அரசனுக்கு விசுவாசம் இல்லாத நாட்டைச் சேர்ந்ததாக இருக்க வேண்டும். ஒரு கல்லில் இரண்டு மாங்காய்கள்.

3. அவந்தி நாட்டு அரசன், தான் வெற்றிபெற விரும்பினால், தனது சிற்றரசர்களில் அல்லது படைததலைவர்களில் முக்கியமான மிகவும் நம்பிக்கைக்கு உரியவராக இருக்கும் ஒருவர்மீது குற்றஞ்சாட்டி பணிநீக்கம் செய்யவேண்டும். அவ்வாறு பணிநீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட நபர் , அவந்தி நாட்டு உளவாளிகளையும், சதிகாரர்களையும், தைரியமாகத் திருடும் வழக்கமுள்ள திருடர்களையும், நண்பன் யார் எதிரி யார் என்று அறியாத மலைவாழ் மக்களையும், தன்னோடு அழைத்துக் கொண்டு மகத நாட்டு அரசரிடம் சென்று சேர்ந்து, அவருக்கு நண்பராகிவிட வேண்டும். மகத நாட்டு அரசனின் நம்பிக்கையைப் பெற்றபின், கொஞ்சம் கொஞ்சமாக கோள் சொல்லத் தொடங்கவேண்டும். மகத நாட்டு எல்லையில் காவல் காக்கும் போர்வீரன் அவந்தி நாட்டு அரசனுக்குச் சார்பாகச் செயல் படுகிறான், அவனை அங்கு வைத்திருப்பது மகத நாட்டுப் பாதுகாப்புக்கு நல்லது அல்ல என்று சொல்லவேண்டும். மகத நாட்டு அரசனை அவ்வாறு நம்பவைத்து, எல்லைப்புறக் காவலனைச் சாகடித்திட வேண்டும். அதேபோல் சொல்லி படைத்தலைவனையும் சாகடித்திட வேண்டும். இவ்வாறாக, அவந்தி நாட்டுக்கு ஆதரவாக மகத நாட்டுக்குள் சென்று செயலபட வேண்டும். 

“The conqueror may dismiss a confidential chief of a corporation. The chief may go over to the enemy as a friend and offer to supply him with recruits and other help collected from the conqueror’s territory; or, followed by a band of spies, the chief may please the enemy by destroying a disloyal village or regiment or an ally of the conqueror, and by sending as a present the elephants, horses, and disaffected persons of the conqueror’s army or the latter’s ally.............Then one of the dismissed ministers may go over to the enemy, taking with him a band of spies, disaffected people, traitors, brave thieves, and wild tribes who make no distinction between a friend and a foe. Having secured the good graces of the enemy, the minister may propose to him the destruction of his officers, such as the boundary-guard, wild chief, and commander of his army, telling him: "These and other persons are in concert with your enemy." Then these persons may be put to death under the unequivocal orders of the enemy”.

இவ்வாறு செய்தபின் அந்நாட்டுக்குள் தனது படையுடன் அவந்தி அரசன் மகத நாட்டுக்குள் சென்று வெற்றி கொள்ளலாம் . 

Chanakya differs from his teacher and says ‘skill of intrigue’ is better than power (money and army) and explains reasons therefor.

“A pretending friend may send information to an outsider: “Grains, oil and jaggery and salt stored in the fort (of the enemy) have been exhausted: a fresh supply of them is expected to reach the fort at such and such a place and time; seize it by force”. Then traitors, enemies, or wild tribes, or some other persons specially appointed for the purpose, may send a supply of poisoned grains, oil, jaggery, and salt to the fort”.

இவ்வாறு குடந்தை நாகேசுவரசாமி கோயிலில் காஞ்சி மடத்தலைவர்களின் படத்தை வரைந்து வைத்திருப்பது சட்டப்படியும் வரலாற்றுப் படியும் மிகப்பெரும் தவறு என்று தொல்லியல் துறை தனது  08.08.2024 மடலில் தெளிவு படுத்திய பின்னரும்கூட, திரு . சேகர்பாபு, கள்ள மௌனம் காக்கிறார்.  இவர்  உளவாளியல்லாது வேறு யார்? 

இவரைப்போன்ற உளவாளிகள் மூலமாகத்தான் வரலாறு முழுதும் ஆரியம் தமிழினத்திற்குத் தொடர்ந்து தீங்கிழைத்து வந்தது. 

திரு. சேகர் பாபு போன்ற ஆரிய உளவாளிகளை தமிழ்க் குமுகாயம் அடையாளம் கண்டு விலக்கி வைக்க வேண்டும்.

திருவனந்தபுரம் கோயிலில் காந்தியார் கண்ட காட்சி !

 

ஒரு முறை, 1937 ஆம் ஆண்டு, மகாத்மா காந்தி திருவாங்கூர் சமஸ்தானத்திற்குச் சென்றிருந்தபோது, கோயில்கள் மிகப்பெருமளவில் சொத்துக்களும், நகைகளும், கொண்டனவாக இருப்பதைக் கண்டார்.  திருவனந்தபுரம் அனந்தபத்மநாபசுவாமி  கோயிலில் தங்கத்தினாலான எண்ணற்ற சமையற் பாத்திரங்களும் வைத்திருப்பதைக் கண்டார். சில கோயில்களில்  இரண்டாயிரம் அல்லது மூவாயிரம் பிராமணர்களை ஒரே நேரத்தில் உட்காரவைத்து விருந்து படைக்கக்கூடிய அளவில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள பெரிய கூடங்களைக் கண்டார். ("....vast halls which can seat two or three thousand Brahmins to dinner at a time, and on certain occasions they are thus fed and feasted" (Page -78 - The Epic of Travancore - Mahadev Desai). அங்கு உண்வு உண்ணும் பிராமணர்களுக்குத் தங்கக் கோப்பைகளில் பால் வழங்கப்பட்டது.

ஆனால், அங்கிருந்த ஒடுக்கப்பட்ட மக்களின் குழந்தைகளுக்கான விடுதியில், உரிய அளவில் பால் கூடக் கிடைக்கவில்லை. அவர்கள் காந்தியிடம், குஜராத்திலிருந்து இரண்டு மாடுகளை அனுப்புமாறு கோரினர். அப்போது காந்தி அவர்களிடம் இது தொடர்பாக அதிகாரிகளைக்கேட்குமாறும், "பிராமணர்களுக்குத் தங்கக் கோப்பையில் பால் ஊற்றிக் கொடுப்பவர்கள், அரிசன மக்களுக்கு பித்தளைக்குவளையில் மோராவது ஊற்றிக்கொடுக்கமாட்டாரகளா" என்றும் கேட்டார். "You tell the authorities that if they can afford to pour out milk for the Brahmans from those golden pots, would they not pour out a little buttermilk for the Harijan boys from brass pots..." (Ibid.). இந்தக் கொடியதொரு சமூக அமசப்புதான் பிராமணர்களின் ஆளுகையில் கோயில்கள் இருந்தபோது, உருவாக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது.

"ஊட்டுப்புரா" என்றால் என்ன என்று தேடிப்பார்த்தால், கோயில்களின் பூசகர் உரிமையை பிராமணர்கள் வைத்திருந்தபோது, எவ்வாறு, சமூகத்திற்குப் பயனுள்ள பணி எதையும் தாங்கள் செய்யாமல், மாற்றார் உழைப்பில் கோயில் சொத்தில் உண்டுகளித்திருந்தனர் என்பது தெரியவரும். திருவரங்கம் கோயில் சொத்தும் வருமானமும் கூட இப்படித்தான் அந்தக் கோயிலைச் சுற்றி வாழ்ந்த 40,000 பிராமணர்களை வாழவைப்பதற்காகப் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டது. இந்த பிராமணர்கள் வேறு உருப்படியான வேலை ஏதும் செய்யாமல் சுகம்தேடும் சோம்பேறி வாழ்க்கை (voluptuous idleness") யில் காலத்தைக் கழித்து வந்தனர என்பது வரலாற்று உண்மையாகும். (“The wall of the outermost square (of Srirangam temple) is about four mile in circuit. The pagoda owed its celebrity to the supposed possession of the very image of Vishnu which Brahma used to worship; the myriads of pilgrims flocking to it sufficed, at one time, to maintain 40,000 Brahmins in voluptuous idleness”, said Henry Beveridge in his book ‘A Comprehensive History of India - Vol. I’ - Page 579-580, published in 1862. ) அந்தத் திருவரங்கத்துக் கோயில் சொத்துக்கள் என்ன ஆயின என்பது பற்றிய பல விவரங்கள் , "கோயில் ஒழுகு" சுவடிகளில் காணக்கிடைக்கின்றன.

இன்றைக்கு, கோயில் வழிபாட்டு முறையிலும் நிர்வாகத்திலும் ஓரளவு ஒழுங்கு முறை இருக்கிறது என்றால் , அதற்குப் பின்னால், கி. பி.1803ல் நங்கேலி உயிர்நீத்தது முதல் இருநூறு ஆண்டுகளாக நடந்த போராட்டமும் தற்போது நடந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் போராட்டங்களும் உள்ளன என்ற உண்மையை மக்கள் அறிந்திருக்கவேண்டும். அந்தப் போராட்டங்கள், சதுர்வர்ணம் என்ற கயமைத் தனமான அமைப்புக்கு எதிராகப் பலவடிவில் நடத்தப்பெற்றவை. இந்த நெடும்போராட்டம், பிராமணர்கள் மட்டுமே பூசகர்களாக உள்ள அனைத்துக் கோயில்களிலும், அனைத்துச் சாதியினரும் அனைத்து நிலைகளிலும் பூசகர்களாகப் பணியாற்றும் நிலை வரும்போது நிறைவுக்கு வந்துவிடும்.

கோயிற்சொத்துக்களை அரசாங்கம் எடுத்துக்கொள்வதை கி.மு. 300 களில், சாணக்கியன் ஒரு நிர்வாக முறையாகச் செயல்படுத்தினான்.

சாணக்கியன் அரசபதவியில், சந்திர குப்தனுக்கு அமைச்சனாக அதிகாரத்தில் இருந்தபோது கோயில் சொத்தையெல்லாம், சதிப் பிரச்சாரம் செய்து, அதாவது கோயில் சொத்தைத் திருடர்கள் கொள்ளையடிக்கப் போகிறார்கள் என்று அரசின் உளவுத்துறை அலுவலர்கள் மூலமாகப் புரளியைக் கிளப்பிவிட்டு, மக்களிடம் அச்சத்தை ஏற்படுத்தி அதன்பின் அந்தக் கோயில் சொத்துக்களை அரசாங்க கஜானாவுக்குக் கொண்டுவந்தான். ஆனால், பிராமணர்கள் சொத்துக்கள் மட்டும் இந்தச் சதியினால் பாதிக்கப் படாமல் பார்த்துக்கொண்டான். ( “Spies under the guise of sorcerers, shall, under the pretence of ensuring safety, carry away the money, not only of the society of heretics and of temples, but also of a dead man and also of a man whose house is burnt, provided that is not enjoyable by Brahmans”. - Book V- Chapter II - Replenishment of the Treasury – Arthasastra - R. Shama Sastry— Page 275 ). 

அந்தச் சாணக்கியனுடைய வம்சாவழியினர்தாம் இன்று கோயில்கள் அரசாங்கத்தின் மேற்பார்வையில் இருக்கக் கூடாது என்று பரப்புரை செய்யத் தொடங்கியுள்ளனர். ஒருநாள் திடீரென்று பாராளுமன்றத்தில் ஒரு நேர்மையில்லாத சட்டமுன்மொழிவை அறிமுகப்படுத்திவிட்டு, அதனை விவாதம் ஏதுமின்றிச் சட்டமாக்கிவிட்டு, அதனை எதிர்த்துப் போராடுவோர் மீது வன்முறையைக் கட்டவிழ்த்துவிட்டுக் கொக்கரித்து வேடிக்கை பார்ப்பார்கள். அந்தச் சூழல் வருமுன் அவர்களது சதித்திட்டங்களை மக்களுக்குத் தெரிவித்துவிடவேண்டும்.

உருவ வழிபாட்டில் நம்பிக்கை இல்லாதவர்களான, வேதத்தைக் கொண்டாடும் பிராமணர்கள், உருவ வழிபாடு செய்துவந்த (சிவன் - உமை : அம்மையப்பன் வழிபாடு) இந்நிலத்து மக்களுடைய கோயில்களுக்குள் புகுந்து பூசகர் பணியினைப் பிடித்துக்கொண்டு அதனைப் பயன்படுத்தி, சதுரவர்ணக் கொள்கைக்கு எதிராகச் செயல்படும் தலைவர்களை, கோயில் கருவறைக்குள்ளேயேகூட விதவிதமான முறையில் கொலை செய்தார்கள்.

"Contrivance to kill the enemy may be formed in those places of worship and visit, which the enemy, under the influence of faith, frequents on occasions of worshipping gods and of pilgrimage."(Page 428 - Chapter V - Book XII - Arthasastra) எந்தெந்த விதங்களில் கருவறைக்குள் கொலை செய்யலாம் என்று எழுதிவைத்துச் சென்றிருக்கிறான் சதுர்வர்ண பயங்கரவாதியான சாணக்கியன்.

கோயில்கள் மக்களின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில்தான், அதாவது மக்களால் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட அரசின் மேற்பார்வையில்தான் இருக்கவேண்டும். அந்தக் கட்டுப்பாடுகள் மேலும் அதிகரிக்கப்பட்டு மேலும் வெளிப்படையாக செயல்படுத்த வேண்டும். இன்றேல் அவை, கொலைக்களங்களாக, கொடியவர்களின் கூடாரங்களாக மாறிவிடும்.

இந்தக் கொடிய நிலை மாற ,

பிராமணர்கள் மட்டும் பூசகர்களாக இருக்கும் அனைத்துக் கோயில்களிலும் அனைத்துச் சாதியினரும் பூசகர்களாக அனைத்துப் பணி நிலைகளிலும் பணியாற்றவேண்டும்.

What the Brahmins are practising in India against the natives here, is more wicked and more cruel than the policy of apartheid practiced by the Whites of South Africa against the natives there. In South Africa, the apartheid was skin-deep. But, In India, it is soul-deep. 

Arthasastra, the time-tested Toolkit for the Aryan State Terrorists!

It is they who balkanise  the society. It is they who subscribe to the Chaturvarna ideology which is, actually,  a terrorist ideology. Chanakya has advised his descendants, "In order to protect the institutions of the four castes, such measures as are treated of in secret sciences shall be applied against the wicked" (Book XIV - Secret Means - Chapter I - Arthasastra). The wicked Chanakya called as 'wicked' all those who opposed chaturvarna system.

It is that wicked ideology which divides the people into four majoor heads and many minor heads, and upholds the Brahmin supremacist theory. Chanakya used temples also as places to lure and assassinate kings.

Chanakya's Arthasastra is the Toolkit for terrorist and State Terrorist.

His repulsive and wicked character has been castigated by Banabhatta himself in his Kadambari.

Yet his image has been given prime of place in the new Parliament house making public the intention of the sanghis that they are and would like to continue to be State Terrorists.

Every action of the BJP confirms that the methods of State Terrorism codified by the terrorist Chanakya is being unleashed by the Nagpur outfit.

Yet, Mohan Bagavat pretends innocence and quotes scriptures.

He says,

"'Tool kits' that incite violence are activated and mutual suspicion and hatred are further intensified. All those who seek and favour harmony in society need to be wary of these nefarious games," (Times of India – 25.10.2023).

The fact is that it is the RSS which glorifies Chanakya is the terrorist outfit whose nefarious games the nation should be wary of.

Mohan Bagavat should, if he has been reformed, come forward to make the people of all castes priests at all levels in all the temples in which Brahmins alone officiate as priests.

That will be the first step towards making India a really civilised society.

Mr. Simon alias Seeman declared in public that it was the LTTE which had killed Rajiv Gandhi, which claim the LTTE had never made at any time during the life-time of LTTE supremo V. Prabakaran. He was thus aiding the anti-Tamil elements in power at the Centre to extend the ban on LTTE for another five years from January, 2019, under sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 3 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967). 

Has he proved that it was the LTTE which had killed Rajiv Gandhi? 

No.

His aim was only to connive against the LTTE by projecting himself as a saviour of the LTTE. 

How did he come to the conclusion that it was the LTTE which had done it, when many Commissions and Courts could not arrive at such a finding?

He has not explained yet to anybody. 

And no action has been taken against him by the Centre for such an 'incendiary" speech, because he was advancing their agenda. He was and is, thus, working for the anti-Tamil elements in the guise of his being an ultra-Tamil. 

This is how spies brainwash the masses and cheat them.

Reference here may be made to the method of training given by the KGB of the then USSR to its spies before setting those spies in action in the field against its own people, who were not favourably disposed towards the party in power there. 

The KGB advises its spies who are employed as teachers to speak ill of the party in power when they are  among the students and identify the students who are attracted by their comments and report the details to the KGB. 

"Whenever you hear an anti-Soviet statement, hint that you might agree. Venture cautious criticism occasionally. You may even make a mildly favourable comment or two about the West. As your reputation spreads, you will attract those who think privately what you suggest openly. This takes time. Never go too far, or you'll frighten the fish away"

This was the method of training given in the 1950s by the KGB. 

The consistent behaviour of Seeman for the past 15 years was aimed at balkanising the people of Tamil Nadu in the name of caste to facilitate the chaturvarna fundamentalists to enslave  the Non-Brahmins once again. 

This liar who cheats both the Eelam Tamils and the Tamils of Tamil Nadu with his mutually contradictory and ridiculous claptrap grandiloquence is patronised openly by the enemies of Tamils like Gurumurthy, Rangaraj Pandey and others. 

Anyone who weighs in these facts and the manner in which he was indulging in petty-minded politics projecting Ms. Jayalalitha as a saviour of Eelam Tamils,  could easily figure out  that is only the agent of the enemies of Tamils, all along, for the past 15 years. 

He was helping them to divert the attention of the Tamils from looking at the role of the persons who were indulging in the genocide of Tamils in 2009. 

He would not launch any agitation to make priesthood universal for all castes in all the temples in which Brahmins alone officiate as priests. 

He would call Christians and Muslims as Children of Satan but would not care as to why and how the promise given in 1931 and 1936,  to all "communities" for "fair share" in services is being denied. 

He would not launch any agitation on the abuse of temples by the priests.

He would not oppose the Sankarachariyar who worked for re-establishing the rigid caste system. On the other hand, he would facilitate the agenda of Sankarachariar by promoting caste system. 

He would not launch any protest against the denial of legitimate share of the Non Brahmins in educational institutions or services.

In India, the spy network has all along been the domain of Brahmins, as had been reserved for themselves by Chanakya.

And that situation continues to this day in the RAW, the Relatives and Associates Wing of the Centre, without any limit. 

 No wonder Gurumurthy who runs the Thug lak, which was started by the self-confessed 'sishya' of Chanakya,  and Rangaraj Pandey, who runs a channel named after the notorious 'Chanakya', promote this traitor of Tamils,  Simon alias Seeman, the pageboy for apartheidists. .
